UNISPHER has taken another significant step in realizing its vision for a new form of education. At the Yuvalim School in Or Yehuda, a group of 36 ninth graders has successfully completed a mentor training course offered through the UNISPHER Program, marking the end of an intensive first half of the academic year with the awarding of diplomas. The program had concrete aims. It taught these students important team-building skills, how to handle disagreements, and ways to tackle the usual ups and downs of working with others. It also focused on encouraging students to keep each other motivated. A standout feature of this program was the practical experience it provided. The students who were learning to be mentors got to apply their new knowledge by helping seventh graders create educational games on the UNISPHERs digital platform. This hands-on practice helped cement their learning and allowed them to make a real impact on their younger peers’ education. The participants gained not just knowledge but also recognition in the form of UNISPHER – accredited diplomas, highlighting their preparedness to contribute positively to the world of education.
